Please allow up to 3 business days to process your return once the item has been received. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping and insurance costs, unless the item is found to be defective.
Shipping, handling, and insurance charges are non-refundable. All defective items must be reported within 7 days of the delivery date. Items returned and found not to be defective will be sent back at the buyer’s expense. If the item is confirmed defective, it will be replaced with an identical item, unless a credit is requested. All returned items must be in original factory condition, including all original packaging and materials.
