Returns & Refunds

Please allow 3 business days to process return once item has been received.

Buyer is responsible for all shipping and insurance charges when returning item unless item was defective.

Shipping and handling/Insurance charges are non-refundable.

Defective items must be reported within 7 days from delivery date.

Returned items that were found to not be defective will be returned at buyer’s expense.

If item is defective, it will be replaced with identical item unless credit is preferred.

Returned items must be in original factory conditions, packaging included.
